Simple: We leverage and all that the Web provides, wherever possible to make delivery more efficient.
We have been immersed in Web and Internet since childhood and since before it became universally adopted. We live it and breath it, and look online for help and support wherever we can.
Some of the less obvious areas that we leverage the internet include:
- Contacting people for low cost delivery
- Learning about new products and best practice
- Understanding trends and future developments
- Communicating with each other and our clients
- Utilising cost effective online Software (e.g. SaaS and Open Source)
- Generating visitors and converting prospects to customers
- Conveying Complex messages using interactivity and responsive / proactive functionality

So maybe the answer to every question cannot be found by careful searching, but many can and ever one of them saves us time and you money.
